Ceramic Vase โ Indigo
Hand-painted blue pottery ceramic vase from Jaipur artisans.
The PGD Indigo Ceramic Vase is a showpiece of Jaipur's legendary blue pottery tradition โ a craft that arrived in Rajasthan via Persia and Central Asia and has been refined by Indian artisans for over 300 years. Each vase is hand-thrown on a potter's wheel, dried in natural sunlight, and painted freehand with cobalt oxide pigments before a final transparent glaze firing at 850ยฐC. The deep indigo and turquoise motifs โ typically floral or geometric โ are unique to each piece. At 30cm tall, this vase works as a standalone centrepiece or as part of a curated collection. Popular with interior designers, boutique homeware stores, and hospitality projects seeking authentic artisan decor.
